For one thing, there’s a matter of scale. A business is often much larger than a house. That means not only is more specialized equipment required in many cases, but also that simply organizing and planning the project becomes a greater challenge- more people, more work, more coordination with fellow contractors. A commercial painting contractor will be prepared with the manpower, the equipment, and the logistics to tackle a big job in the time available.
Changing Times
Speaking of time, that’s another big difference between residential and commercial projects. A home painter usually works in daylight on weekdays, but Monday to Friday and 9 to 5 is usually the worst time to paint a business.
